I got my first kitchen job in 2013 after leaving school and from here my love and passion for food began. Over the coming years I worked my way up the ranks and decided I wanted to delve further into exploring different types of cuisines and flavours. I attended Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2017, where I received a cohesive experience of all things food, from growing, farming, sourcing, and finally creating.
Once finished Ballymaloe, I always had in mind starting my own business, where I could share my culinary tastes and dishes with others. This dream came to fruition in April 2020, when the idea of alimaloe was hatched.
Alimaloe uses locally sourced organic ingredients for all our products, from our grazing boards to alimaloe @ home and beyond. We offer dishes based on whatever requirements you need, including Gluten Free, Vegan & Vegetarian.

Alimaloe, food for you.
